Project Summary
On this project we carry out regular scaffold projects across a variety of properties within the borough.
Implementation
We liaise with the residents of these properties when we make arrangements for scaffolds to be completed allowing our client to resolve water ingress issues. From first contact to completion, we offer our support and understanding to residents aiming to have issues resolved to prevent any further damage to property.
Feedback
Rule One have been erecting scaffolds as required for the contract to enable works to unreachable areas. These scaffolds have been erected promptly with all stakeholders notified at all stages and no complaints from residents as often access is via properties who are not experiencing any repair issues.
