Project Summary
Delivery of a roof renewal programme with 65 properties owned by the housing association client.
Implementation
Rule One supported our client firstly with scaffolding to plan, design and supply safe access for roofing renewal works. Scaffolding was installed to a full specification inclusive of double boarding, netting and fans for debris control for the duration of works on these occupied properties.
Once safe access was in place, our roofing specialists systematically removed the existing coverings and carried out the full renewal, including replacement of damaged materials and upgrades to insulation in line with modern standards. Daily checks were carried out by our site supervisors to maintain quality and progress, and our team maintained clear communication with the client throughout.
With scaffolding and roofing delivered by one integrated team, the project ran smoothly, stayed on programme and within budget, and provided the client with a high-quality, durable roof renewal backed by a single point of responsibility.
